Priced by the room, not the square foot
Square-footage pricing means the number moves after somebody has measured your house. Everclean quotes by the room, so what you are told on the phone is what the job costs.
On carpet jobs, one room gets cleaned first. If you are not happy with it, you can stop there and you will not pay for that room.
